Announcing A Limited Edition Uncle Monsterface Sock Puppet as a part of the physical release of Uncle Monsterface’s new album,  Feel-ed Recordings!

That’s right, kids. Tired of all those 8-track tapes and compact discs? This new album is a puppet!

While digging up old songs on Dino-skeleton Island, we found, disturbed, and captured a rare nest of Uncle Monsterface sock puppets! What could possibly go wrong?!?

FEEL-ED RECORDINGS

Get your limited edition hand-made sock puppet as a part of the physical edition of Uncle Monsterface’s ‘Feel-ed Recordings’! Each puppet arrives in a sealed biohazard bag with a beautiful printed bi-fold guide to your album and a download card for the full album (via Bandcamp).

The album features art by long time collaborators Jesse Farrell and Jeremy Murphy along with graphic design by E. Epic Swanson.

The puppet was handmade by Uncle Monsterface co-founder, Marty Allen, and is for sale through his business, Sock Puppet City.

*Please note, while the majority of the songs of Uncle Monsterface are imbued with child-like glee, there are occasional so-called swear words.

Your Uncle Monsterface is individually hand-made and cloned in Brooklyn, NY, by Marty Allen, the author of Sock Puppet Madness and creator of The Sock Puppet Portraits!

Uncle Monsterface, in addition to being a puppet, is also a giant dancing monster and a theatrical rock band that has been making music and art for twenty years.

SOCK PUPPET HABITATS

Sock Puppets LOVE a good habitat. Uncle Monsterface will sleep comfortably in his Specimen Bag, but if you'd like to have more fun with him, he needs a puppet theater! Cut a rectangle in a box and start putting on a rock show and telling weird jokes!

NOTES ON PUPPET CONSTRUCTION, DISPLAY, AND CARE:

• Each puppet is hand-made and then cloned by Marty and each are subject to slight variations.
• Marty's sock puppets are made from a very nice sock and then reinforced with a 'muppet-style' thin cardboard mouth and some fluff on the top of their heads (so they can think, and have a bit more form).
• Pictured standing up or puppeteered, the puppet has a bottle or a human hand inside of it (neither is included) to hold its shape.
• Hand-wash only.
